Saint-Brieuc’s Fête du Maquereau celebrates Cesson’s fishing-village memory through food, music and harbour-side sociability. The source announces a designer market, mackerel tasting, sea shanties, concerts, karaoke, pétanque and a fest-noz across two days. Saturday opens with Bord’all and an 8 p.m. Fest-Noz by Nozicaa and Kazdal. Sunday continues with day-long entertainment, including Flanagan, Anibal Galan, karaoke with Talky Walky Jacky Salaün and a 9 p.m. dance party. Organized by CRAC, the event ties seafood, maritime culture and local dance into one community festival.
