The Vallée des Saints in Carnoët is an inspiring venue for art, hosting sculptors in residence each year. From 29 June to 29 July 2026, visitors can witness the intricate process of monumental sculpture. Artists work on heavy Breton granite blocks, weighing between 15 and 25 tonnes, to create four new statues, each with its own story. Artists like Bilal Hassan and Jean-Philippe Drévillon will showcase their skills using tools such as perforators and grinders. This event offers a rare glimpse into the art-making process in the striking landscape of Brittany, making it a must-visit for art lovers and cultural enthusiasts.
