Jeudis de l’Été in Vitré: Summer Celebration

The Jeudis de l’Été (Summer Thursdays) is a beloved event in Vitré organized by the Pays de Vitré Tourist Office since 2004. This family-friendly gathering takes place in the town center at the Place du Général de Gaulle, conveniently located near the train station. On July 23, 2026, the day kicks off with a 10 km walk starting at 3:30 PM from the Vitré Tourist Office for just 3€ per person. As the sun sets, Raul y Manoloco will delight attendees with notable Cuban music at 7:30 PM. Throughout the evening, visitors can enjoy tastings of local produce from regional vendors, showcasing the best flavors of Brittany. Children can participate in engaging activities, including a make-up workshop and traditional wooden games.
