Sault’s Fête de la Lavande is one of the great lavender gatherings of the Ventoux country. Held at the Hippodrome du Défends, it celebrates the end of the lavender season with producers, demonstrations, local products, music, meals and the generous atmosphere of a Provençal summer day. The setting matters: Sault sits above lavender fields and high plateaus where the plant is not a postcard but an agricultural reality.
