Gouel Sant Roch links a Catholic pardon with Breton village celebration at Saint-Roch chapel. The rite moves from mass to the fountain, where small fern crosses recall the hymn dedicated to Saint Roch. Mignoned Sant Roch frames the day with food, craft stalls, fest-deiz and the Kelc’h Keltieg Rostren circle, keeping Plounévez-Quintin’s devotional and dance traditions in the same gathering.
