ESTIVADA centres on Occitan language, literature, music, theatre, storytelling and transmission. The 2026 edition takes place at Espace La Doline in Sébazac-Concourès, just north of Rodez, and presents culture d’oc as something alive rather than as decorative folklore. Children’s activities, writing workshops, readings and meetings with artists help connect contemporary audiences with the wider Occitan-speaking world. The festival foregrounds language, artistic creation and the continuity of Occitan identity.

Fête d’Inières à Sainte-Radegonde
The Fête d’Inières is a village celebration rooted in the everyday social life of Sainte-Radegonde and the countryside around Rodez. Its value lies in the way it keeps a small Aveyron community visible: shared meals, music, dancing and informal gatherings bring residents and visitors together around a place that belongs to local memory. This is not presented here as a themed tourist spectacle, but as a modest and authentic local-tradition event. The fête shows how Occitanie’s identity is carried by village gatherings, rural sociability and local summer calendars.
