The Fêtes Médiévales du Grand Fauconnier place Cordes-sur-Ciel’s medieval setting at the centre of the visitor experience. For two days, the hilltop town becomes a stage for costumes, musicians, artisans, parades and living-history atmosphere, inviting visitors to read the village through its architecture and collective imagination. The event is more than a decorative medieval fair: it is organized by the Comité du Grand Fauconnier and draws directly on Cordes-sur-Ciel’s identity as a historic fortified town in the Tarn.
