The 42nd International Celtic Harp Festival takes place in Dinan from July 8 to July 12, 2026. The program brings together Celtic harpists in the city’s medieval setting, with concerts, workshops, public gatherings and paid shows. Listed performers include Duo Floriane Blancke and Quentin Cooper, along with Cecile Branche at the Cordeliers.
