Loctudy’s Maritime Festival places the town’s fishing-port identity at the center of the day. On Quai Rémy Le Lay, visitors can meet maritime professionals, learn about rescue work with SNSM crews and see the trades that shape the local port economy, from fishing to seaweed farming. Boat visits, demonstrations, children’s activities, artisan stands and exhibitions build the daytime program. Music carries the evening, moving from Batukaloc and sea-shanty group Les Godilleurs to MZH Project and Gwennyn, before fireworks are launched from the sea.
