    Every summer, E.S.T.R.A.N. Cité de la Mer presents the Jardin des Mers in Dieppe, inviting children to explore the marine environment. Activities occur Monday to Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Children aged 4 to 10 can engage in hands-on projects such as constructing a model ‘Drakkar’ Viking ship and exploring the coastline at low tide. The program is designed for learning through play, featuring activities like a driftwood workshop, kite flying, and fishing on foot. With only 8 spots per half-day, experienced leaders ensure each child’s safety and engagement. Participants should wear boots for beach outings and be prepared with a raincoat, if necessary.   • Children’s Activity in Dieppe: Pirate Adventures

    Every year, E.S.T.R.A.N. Cité de la Mer hosts the Jardin des Mers at the Station Nautique Dieppe Pays Normand. From Monday to Friday, children aged 4 to 10 can participate from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. in a variety of activities aimed at discovering the marine environment. This year features the special “Pirate for a Day” activity, where kids embark on a treasure hunt and face challenges. Participants will explore the coastline at low tide, create sea knot books, and enjoy various marine-themed activities. Each session, supervised by trained E.S.T.R.A.N. leaders, is limited to 8 children, ensuring personal attention. Children should arrive equipped with boots for beach outings and raincoats if needed. Activities may include foot fishing, driftwood workshops, kite flying, discovering Dieppe, boat building, and learning marine knots. Don’t miss this thrilling opportunity for young explorers!
