The Grand Pardon de Saint-Jean-du-Doigt is a cherished event that intertwines religious and cultural customs, dating back to the 15th century. On June 28, 2026, the festivities commence at 2 p.m. with a costumed procession of locals in traditional Breton attire. This parade departs from the Croix Bleue and culminates at the Pen ar C’hra fountain, accompanied by festive music. At 3 p.m., a mass will take place, followed by another procession to the revered fountain. A highlight occurs around 5 p.m. when the Tantad, a ceremonial bonfire, is ignited.
