Mémé K7, the 10th collective of Kreiz Breizh Akademi, features a hybrid orchestra of ten musicians led by fiddler Pierre Droual. This innovative project aims to revive and transform traditional songs from 20th-century Breton women, including voices like Katrin Guern and Julienne Juguet. By reinterpreting the past, it transforms their memories into a notable, rock-inspired sound that defies clichés. This concert presents an engaging experience for fans of traditional fusion music, celebrating the rich cultural heritage of Brittany while appealing to contemporary audiences.
