Musik Europa Breizh hosts a series of professional Baroque music concerts in the Lorient and Sud-Finistère regions. This year’s highlight in Clohars-Fouesnant features the natural trumpet and natural French horn, showcasing music from before the modern piston instruments. Well-known virtuoso Joël Lahens introduces the rich sounds of these brass instruments. Accompanied by well-known musicians including Bernadette Charbonnier on violin, Olivia Gutherz on cello, and Jérôme Brodin on harpsichord, the ensemble will perform works by Bach, Finger, and Mouret. This concert offers an engaging musical journey through Baroque masterpieces, suitable for all ages in the beautiful setting of Église Saint-Hilaire.
