About this event

The ‘Expo photos – 70 ans de culture bigoudène à Combrit’ is a significant photography exhibition commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Bagad and Cercle de Combrit. Organized by the Bagad Kelc’h Keltieg Kombrid, it features over 200 selected photographs that highlight the associative life and traditions of the Bigouden community. The exhibition is displayed across three culturally significant locations: the Chapelle de la Clarté, the Chapelle de Sainte-Marine, and the Croas Ver parking area. Each site was chosen for its cultural relevance, encouraging visitors to connect with local history and heritage. Expect to see large-format panels showcasing portraits, group photos, and detailed images of traditional costumes. This free outdoor exhibition runs from January 1 to December 31, 2026, making it accessible to all. It is a celebration of pride in Bigouden culture, designed to foster social and intergenerational connections among visitors. The collaboration between the municipality of Combrit and the association ensures a rich presentation that invites everyone to appreciate and reflect on the region’s heritage.
