Tango Festival in Trébeurden: Argentine Dance Celebration

The 19th edition of the Festival Tango par la Côte is set to captivate Trébeurden from July 24 to 28, 2026. This annual event will immerse participants in the rich culture of Argentine tango, surrounded by the notable scenery of the Pink Granite Coast. Attendees can enjoy 45 hours of milongas, with evening events at the Sémaphore de Trébeurden and daytime gatherings in picturesque locales. The festival features prominent orchestras and DJs, including the renowned Sexteto Cristal performing on Saturday night and the Quartet Sin Vuelta closing out the festival. Workshops offered by tango experts Virginia Uva and Cesar Agazzi will provide attendees with insights into the dance, complemented by performances from accomplished dancers like Ariane Liautaud and Karim El Toukhi. Additionally, the event will showcase artistic exhibitions by local artists and feature screenings of the film EncanTango. Culinary experiences will highlight the festival, with gourmet tastings that pair local Breton oysters with exquisite Argentine wines. This unique fusion of dance, music, art, and cuisine celebrates both Argentine tradition and local culture, inviting everyone to partake in this exciting event.
