Begaar’s mixed Course Landaise places Gascon arena culture at the center of a village evening. A meal prepared by the local bullfighting club precedes the performance, linking the social table with the discipline of feints, dodges and trained cattle from Ganaderia del Vert Galant. The event is athletic, but also a public lesson in Landes identity.
