Rallye de la Mer in Saint-Jean-de-Luz ties Saint-Jean-de-Luz to live performance and regional cultural programming. The setting at Centre-Ville anchors the event in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. The core of the event is live performance, repertoire and the relationship between artists, venue and audience. That cultural angle makes the occasion legible as something practiced, shown, heard or shared locally. It gives Nouvelle-Aquitaine a precise public scene shaped by subject, place and community use.
