Canet-en-Roussillon’s Saint-Jean celebration is part of the Catalan fire cycle around the Flama del Canigó. The 2026 programme places the gathering at Place Saint-Jacques and the Château Vicomtal, where the evening connects music, fire and the symbolic descent of the flame from the Canigou. The evening expresses northern Catalan identity through a shared ritual of fire, music and village gathering.
