This Festival Anne de Bretagne gathering in Saint-Nazaire brings fest-deiz and fest-noz culture into one of the city’s most recognizable contemporary heritage spaces, the submarine-base district. Breton dance, music and association networks meet in a port city whose identity has long been shaped by migration, industry and the Atlantic.
