A presentation of Molière’s lesser-known play, ‘Les Fâcheux’, performed by Compagnie Livsnerven. This comedic tale follows Eraste, who is desperately in love with Orphise, yet finds himself delayed by a series of absurd characters. From a pretentious dancer to an overzealous card player, Eraste’s misadventures expose the comically frustrating aspects of social interactions. ‘Les Fâcheux’ artfully critiques the embarrassing elements of life through Molière’s sharp wit. Les Facheux by Moliere in Lesbois is scheduled for 31 July 2026 at Lesbois, France.
