Every Saturday during the Festival, guests can enjoy an exceptional dining experience at the Hôtel-Dieu des Hospices civils de Beaune before attending an opera in the Courtyard. This unique setting allows diners to savor curated menus paired with exquisite vintages from the Hospices de Beaune’s private reserve. The experience offers insights on enhancing the concert experience while providing a chance for opera enthusiasts to connect with one another. Participation includes a donation supporting the Festival’s artistic programming and the ‘Baroque Futures’ initiative, aimed at nurturing promising young talents.
