Alligny-Cosne’s small food market gathers local producers, including butchers, pork butchers and cheesemongers. Among the regular traders is Coeur de Chèvres, also known as La Chèvrerie d’Amony. The goat farm makes Crottin de Chavignol from its milk and sells at the village market, adding a named local cheese producer to the stalls.
