The craft of baking in a 17th-century wood-fired oven at Écomusée Maison Michaud every Friday. Each session presents traditional sourdough techniques, connecting visitors with local culinary heritage. Set within the cozy fire room of this historic farmhouse in the Haut-Doubs region, attend discussions about this age-old practice. While there, visitors can order freshly baked loaves and pastries, including brioche and homemade cakes, but remember to place the order by noon the day before a visit! Admission to the ecomuseum includes a self-guided tour, allowing you to examine the history and culture of this culinary art.
