The 2026 edition of the Festival de Bach à Bacchus celebrates its 40th anniversary in the village of Meursault. Running from July 4 to July 12, this festival merges music and wine in an for all. A diverse lineup includes baroque, classical, world music, and jazz, complemented by local wine tastings and vineyard tours. Highlighted performances occur at venues like the church of Saint-Nicolas and private estates, ensuring an intimate setting for both noted and emerging artists. Key events feature a chamber choir concert on July 5 themed around war and peace, a recital of 17th-century female composers on July 6, and a special anniversary concert on July 7 led by Yves Henry. In addition to concerts, festival-goers can attend guided vineyard tours, wine tastings, and dining experiences with artists. The opening day includes a musical breakfast and a series of aperitif concerts, culminating in a music and wine trail with various performances and tastings. Throughout the week, additional activities such as cellar tours and workshops will enrich the festival programme.
