Set in a friendly laboratory atmosphere, this class accommodates small groups of up to six participants, ensuring personalized attention. You will learn the essential techniques for crafting Brittany’s iconic dessert, known for its rich buttery flavor and flaky texture. Participants will each make their own Kouign-Amann to take home, showcasing your new skills. If sessions fill quickly, additional classes will be scheduled, so everyone has a chance to participate.
