The flavors of Brittany with the “Seaweed Discovery” workshop in Guilvinec. This immersive experience includes coastal walks and cooking sessions. Participants will enjoy a 2-3 hour interactive journey to harvest and identify edible seaweed species while learning sustainable practices and the marine ecosystem. A tasting of fresh seaweed harvested directly from the sea is included. Participants can also join an introductory seaweed cooking workshop in a local producer’s kitchen.
