The evening combines a guided visit of the landmark site with a five-course dinner by a Breton chef, served at a temporary shared table as dusk falls. The format links local gastronomy with one of Brittany’s major industrial and maritime heritage sites.

  • Seaweed Discovery in Guilvinec: Culinary Journey

    The flavors of Brittany with the “Seaweed Discovery” workshop in Guilvinec. This immersive experience includes coastal walks and cooking sessions. Participants will enjoy a 2-3 hour interactive journey to harvest and identify edible seaweed species while learning sustainable practices and the marine ecosystem. A tasting of fresh seaweed harvested directly from the sea is included. Participants can also join an introductory seaweed cooking workshop in a local producer’s kitchen. Master the techniques to transform seaweed into varied dishes and enjoy a group tasting of your culinary creations. Suitable for ages 12 and up, prices are €35 for the discovery outing and €20 for the cooking session. Reservations are required, with sessions scheduled around tide timings for an authentic experience. A special combined workshop price is available at €50 per person.
