Le Tour vu d’en Haut starts at the Collégiale Notre-Dame in Dole on 17 July 2026. The visit combines bell-tower views with a guided reading of the site’s heritage. The tasting programme includes foie gras from Espinet Farm, scallop tartare with passion fruit, prawn skewers with Espelette pepper, vegetarian options, trout burger from Beuque fish farm, goat’s cheese whipped cream and local chocolate.
