Arth Mael’s Nuit de la Samain uses dance to mark the threshold between the light and dark seasons. Le Mange Bal folds Breton, Occitan and Auvergne traditions into electronic textures, while Planchée works from Upper Brittany repertoire toward trance, swing and partner dances. The Samain frame connects fest-noz practice with an older Celtic calendar, giving the night a ritual as well as musical edge.
