This embroidery exhibition presents traditional Breton needlework as a living body of skill and design. Visitors encounter stitches, motifs and textile techniques associated with the region’s many distinctive headdresses. Work made by members of the Maison du Filet Brodé shows how inherited patterns can be studied, reworked and carried into contemporary craft practice.
