Festival d’Arvor in Vannes brings Breton culture into the city through concerts, fest-noz dancing, street performances, conferences, craft exhibitions and costume parades. Established artists share space with emerging performers, while the Breton language appears across the programme. The festival’s strength is its range: music, dance, clothing, speech and public procession all show how regional identity is performed in the present.
