YS by Benjamin Deroche revisits the Celtic legend through photography, painting and a trail of reproductions across the Landivisiau region. The work draws on sources such as Émile Souvestre’s Foyer Breton, Théodore de la Villamarqué’s Barzaz Breiz and Charles Guyot’s adaptations. Guimiliau’s interpretation centre gives the exhibition a heritage frame where myth, landscape and contemporary image-making meet.
