Valençay’s Soirée AOC vin et fromage celebrates the town’s wine and cheese appellations. Eleven local producers take part, with the Fanfare de Saint-Genou providing music. The Jeunes Agriculteurs de l’Indre prepare a Berry Burger, adding a cooked dish to the gathering around the area’s wines, cheeses and producers.
