Les Estivales brings Le Guilvinec’s open-air gatherings together around Breton dance music and food shared beside the fishing port. Bal Floc’h and Ollu Tad a Mab shape the concert with a repertoire made for communal listening and movement. Fish soup, mussels, sardines, kouigns and other association-served dishes place the evening firmly in the working seafood culture of the Pays Bigouden.
