Rénate LE BERRE on the Emerald Coast for a hands-on workshop on making traditional Breton crepes. Participants will learn the essential techniques, including batter spreading on the billig and using the rozell and spanell. Suitable for ages 16 and up, the workshop accommodates six learners, ensuring an engaging experience. Besides crepe preparation, attendees will receive valuable tips on equipment maintenance and storage solutions. As participants share billigs throughout the workshop, they will develop skills that simplify the crepe-making process. By the end, each person will leave with their own crepes, ready to impress family and friends.
